I took my mom. Stylist said the wait would be 15 minutes but it was 45 minutes for two stylists to do four cuts (no wash, perm, etc. – simple trims). My 84 year old mom did not get the senior price. The person who checked her in somehow did not complete the process so a second stylist had to do that before giving my mom her trim. Great Clips is across the street and we will try them next time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in with my 2 year old son and boyfriend. Both of them needed a hair cut. He set my baby down, about to start cutting his hair and my son move his heat a little and I then I start talking to my baby to calm down. (As he always does) and Britney the styles on 13517 Crystal hill rd. NLR, AR. REFUSED to cut my son hair and she gave me an attitude. I have never experienced such of horrible customer service. They have lost a customer. Toke my business down the road to Great clips. And they treated my son with love for him to cal down. I do not recommend this business to any momma out there.
