Took my daughter in to get a touch up fade for her already pixie cut( which she got 2 mnths ago, out of state) told the lady she only needed a fade for the side and back and to leave the top alone. Not only she didn’t give her a fade but chopped her top hair short and it was uneven. I didn’t notice it because the lady had geled and style it, trying to hide the mess. The back side was tapered in a boxy way. THAT IS NOT A FADE. I had already paid and didn’t notice till we was in the car. I should picked up on the red flag when I ask her to fade the back she said “like, with clippers?”.

Overall the place was fine. I didn’t wait to long and the place is very clean. What sat wrong with me was the hairdresser. First my cut isn’t even the length I asked for. There’s a difference between at the shoulders and at the neck. It’s way shorter then I wanted. Not sure why hair dressers think it’s cool not to listen to the client but then to top that off I received in my mind an insult to my hair color of choice. My natural color is growing in a bit and the hair dresser said why’d you go dye you hair black your natural color is so pretty. I said cause I like black and she had this look. And she said it again later. It was very rude and unprofessional in my opinion and not her place to even comment on someone’s hair color when I’m there for a cut. I probably won’t go back to them

It is a different length every inch all the way around her head. It is by far the worst haircut I have ever seen. I would not take her back there to have it fixed. My son got the worst haircut I have ever seen here. I think the lady (British accent) must have been drunk or just literally has not ever been trained. I shouldn’t have taken him back here, because in the past, they never listened when I described what I want. I am going to request a refund (shouldn’t have paid in the 1st place, but I was so appalled that I had no words) & take him to a barber to try to fix it.
