I booked a 10:30 appointment with a certain stylist called her and talked to her , got there checked in waited 30 min to get my cut to only have severa. l people in front of me. I called ahead of time for a request as well and talked to her but despite that was not put in the system as a request for her. I left without anything done . I understand the walk in driven salon, but don’t have a option where you can check in with a chosen time and still have to wait a hour long or more for a 10:30 appointment that i drove a good ways to be on time for. I worked at a supercuts before and I know how it is, but I also know that I was not put in as a request. And that is my problem
