Made an appointment and still had to wait a long time. The lady’s was more worried about talking then doing there job. Won’t come back. Waste of time making appointments. Waited 45 minutes past appointment time. Then lady goes on break with 3 people waiting. Poor poor service. Very rude didn’t speak to us the whole time either. Don’t go here if u can help it

I never leave bad reviews. Incompetent and ignorant. I’d give a quarter star if I could. I called at 3PM and asked if I could come in now for color or needed an appointment and they told me I could just come in. After walking in they didn’t understand how to accomplish my highlights… really?

1/2(STAR) …..I wish I never walk in,sat down & got my haircut! I show a picture out from a book,told them how I wanted(short layer from top n so on) & I also mention my hair are natural curl. Surly didn’t get what I asked for… Top hair was short but same length (no layers) n rest of my hair had no layer either but my Inside hair by my neck was cut and short… I’m guessing what this person was doing was Trimming/cutting from my old haircut that I had like 4yrs ago… now my hair is so MESSED up,Upset n probably my 5yrs old can cut better!

Middle of haircut asks if i like the way my bangs look, i said no because she didnt cut it the way i asked, i told her my head looks like a coconut she got msd made like 3 more snips then said all done , didnt wipe up my hair or finish the haircut. Just left my hair half done and ruined to be petty, employee should be fired.
