Critical: QualityI have had many positive experiences with this particular store in the past, however the last visit was not up to par. The haircut quality was awful, with the end result looking like the infamous “new iberia haircut.” After regretfully paying, I sauntered to my car. I noticed in my mirror that there was a portion of bangs that had been missed, about 2 inches longer than the rest. I returned to the store to remedy this issue. When I finally returned home to get a good look at the monstrosity of my physical image, it came to my attention that the hair above my ears had not been aligned, with longer hairs still resting along the tops of my ears. Along with these problems, my neckline had also not been touched. I just wanted to look nice, but in return all I received was disappointment. :(PS. I have had many positive experiences with this particular store in the past, however the last visit was not up to par. The haircut quality was awful, with the end result looking like the infamous “new iberia haircut.” After regretfully paying, I sauntered to my car. Critical: Professionalism, QualityTook my 12 year old son for a simple trim. An older lady wearing scrubs wet his hair with an attitude as if to say that we are an annoyance to her. She got even more irritated because his mask loops were getting in her way. She hurriedly cut his hair and instructed him to get out of the chair without drying. At this point I just wanted to get out of there without causing a scene and potentially embarrass my child. When we got home and his hair dried we were both horrified. She butchered his hair! Took my 12 year old son for a simple trim. An older lady wearing scrubs wet his hair with an attitude as if to say that we are an annoyance to her. She got even more irritated because his mask loops were getting in her way. She hurriedly cut his hair and instructed him to get out of the chair without drying.
