Critical: PunctualityI had a disappointing experience on 07/03/2021. Atleast to say I always had great experiences before with the same store.About today:I called them well in advance to know they are open to walk-ins. I went to store, there is a check-in sheet placed at the front desk. I checked in with my details and phone number at 9:48 AM. Generally they will give a call when its time. So i went back to my car waiting for the call. I have seen people getting in after me and having their services done. I have waited for more than an hour and never got a call.
