I don’t know why it’s hard to listen to a customer, I asked for a skin fade and that’s not what I got, it seems that these people are more interested in giving you the one haircut they know how to do rather than what you ask for. My request isn’t hard but no one listens to the customer. I paid but shouldn’t have as my hair is so messed up, after leaving once I went back in to ask them to fix it and instead they just messed it more, there’s really nothing I can do except shave my head and start over. I am so livid about the way my hair was cut. I will never go here again. If anyone knows a good place to go for haircuts please post it

Wanted to have 80 yr old mom’s hair shampooed and conditioned and was told they are not doing that?? I would need to go to a full service salon! Would take all of 10 minutes including introduction! Ridiculous as I was a hairdresser for 20+ yrs and managed a Supercuts for several years. Horrible customer service. Just walked in ,No real wait for service granddaughter wanted to get hair cut, styled, and had a picture of the style she desired. Stayed there 1 1/2 hours, the stylist came close to her pictures she showed. Cost was for her wash,cut,blow dry straight styled hair..cost $70.00 not including tip.13 yr old Grand daughter very excited and pleased with results.
