I got a haircut at another place amd the gal completely messed it up. She said she couldn’t fix it without making it alot shorter. I left and paid for the haircut. Went to supercuts next door and asked if the girls there could fix it. Nikki did a great job and saved my hair!! I didn’t get charged for the fix. Thank you Nikki!!!! DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT get your haircut by any of the new girls. I asked for a fade and for my hair to be rounded up to be even and one of the new girls left so much hair on the sides and on top and didnt even give me a fade. If you usually get your hair cut by the girls that have been there for a while thats okay but DONT get your hair cut by the new girls even if you have to wait for a longer time period for the girls that worked there longer. I dont get how you can mess up a simple haircut like dont they go to school in order to cut hair???? Even when i was getting the cut i could tell she didnt know what she was doing it made me want to get out of my chair and just leave but i didnt want to be rude. PLEASE SUPERCUTS do something and check the haircuts that the new girls do!!!

I asked for an undercut with a fringe, somehow ended up as a hairstyle going back. I HAD 6 INCH HAIR CUT TO 2 INCHES. I was asked by them to tell them what I wanted the top of my hair to be like, I showed them a picture and they PUT A FADE ON THE TOP OF MY HEAD. “MISCOMMUNICATION” IS WHAT THEY HAD TO SAY. The picture had slightly curly hair, but some how my straight hair ended up SHORTER. Do the math, hair with curls- the curls =HAIR GOING DOWN FARTHER. THE PERSON WHO CUTS HAIR LIKE ITS THEIR 4 YEAR OLD NEPHEWS FIRST HAIRCUT IS NAMED NIKKI! NEVER COMING BACK!!!!
