I’ve had bangs for three years now and no one has managed to mess them up like the lady at Supercuts. I’m not sure how she even has a job.. My boys got their hair cut as well and while they look okay, they both only wanted a trim, which we clearly explained yet that is not what either of them got.

I got an undercut with a super cool design and a trim up of my longer hair on top, I absolutely loved it! I think my hair stylists name was Kayla (I didn’t have my glasses on and I couldn’t read the name but I knew the other two girls’ names) and she was awesome! Not only did she do a great job on the haircut, she was super sweet and talked to me the whole time making me feel very welcome and comfortable. Thank you guys!!

I told the lady that cut my hair that I had an important even in two days and I just wanted my hair trimmed up a little bit so it would look cleaner. Instead she cut my hair so short to the point where I should’ve just gotten a buzz cut. She cut my hair extremely haphazardly and did it in like 5 minutes. She also didn’t even cut my side burns evenly and didn’t offer a towel at the end like they are supposed to with the haircut I got. I have not had any issues with Supercuts up to this point but they will not be getting my business again. I have never been this upset over a haircut.
