Hairy cut. You never get the same stylist. And the turnover is terrible. They evidently don’t pay, or treat them very good. Possibly got my last cut there. She messed up my hair so bad. That I can’t do nothing with it, look like Lyle Lovett. Do not recommend this place right now

Went in and asked for a low taper fade to help hide some spots of alopecia that were high up on my head. The first girl said that she couldn’t do a taper fade but the manager said she could if I was willing to wait and did so willingly. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for what was not a taper and was not low. She cut all my hair off the sides and back taking it down to a .5 maybe 1 exposing all my alopecia and sending me home to visit family for the holidays with an uneven cut that looks like I did it myself with a razor blade. Granted I do have alopecia but I went in with a full head of hair and came out looking like I got into a fight with the clippers. I feel terrible. There are a few girls here that do a good job but it’s so inconsistent and I hate paying to feel like this.

I went in and asked for a high taper fade in which I was told “okay” she asks what I would like to start with on the sides and back and I told her let’s start with 6, a after going through with the 6 on the sides and back she asked what I wanted on top, I said I asked for a high taper fade. She proceeds to say “we don’t do fades here”. I was lied to and left with a haircut I didn’t want. I paid for the Supercut costing $20 dollars, which should include a hot towel after the haircut. I did not receive this after the haircut.
