Looked good at first but when I got home I had to fix around my ears because they completely messed some hair. I understand they are short staffed and feel like they have to hurry but they do this at the expense of making mistakes and making customers look bad. I might come back when the have the staff to take care of customers properly but it unlikely.

Been coming here for a long time. Very convenient and close to home. These days it’s terrible. Never able to get in walking 35 mins before they closed with no one in the chairs and they said that they have taken there last hair cut for the day. Tried 3 different times after that and was still nat able to get in. Was given a stack of coupons that I will never use. Won’t be back.

I went in with a simple request for two dutch braids in pigtails, Rae helped me and was extremely nice. Was very good at holding a conversation and asked if I was comfortable several times. She did an extremely good job and the braids were nice, tight, and neat not loose, just how I like! If you need your hair styled or are wanting an extremely professional customer service oriented person I suggest asking for Rae!

I took my 4 year old son to get his first professional haircut today. I went in to scope out the place first and met Ty. My son has autism and gets nervous getting his hair cut by anyone but my sister. Ty did such a good job!!! Not only does my son’s hair look amazing, but the experience was calm and pretty uneventful (which is a miracle) Thank you Ty for making what could’ve been a really uncomfortable situation a totally an easy-going experience!! I get the most basic haircut possible. Keeps going up in price, 2 years ago $12.00 plus tip, today $18.00, plus tip, only because I felt guilty, it was not deserved. Two people working, that includes checking people in, 20 minute wait turns into 45 because of staffing, not my problem! Won’t go back. Worked here for a short time & I left because of sanitation issues. The barbacide was not being changed daily (maybe once every 3-5 days), brushes were left full of hair, mascara brushes used for eyebrow waxing that are disposable & not able to be sanitized were being re-used on people for who knows how long (and the lids were always left off the wax pot, allowing hair to fall in), drawers that are supposed to be hair free are full of hair with cutting tools sitting in the hair, blow dyers packed with hair UNDER the filter. This store was an absolute nightmare & when I asked the people I worked with no one cared. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
