The young lady that cut my hair was absolutely wonderful. Sweet, polite, and very professional. A couple of issues I had were the products I bought smelled very old. I’ve bought Paul Mitchell before and it smells amazing. This stuff smells old! Also, I called back looking for my glasses and the lady that answered was so rude. She sounded irritated that I asked her to look around.

I dont know the name of the gal that did my hair color but she did ok. She mixed the colors I wanted well. The only thing is my boyfriend noticed that at the tip of my hair its still blonde. I went from blonde to dark brown red. Other than that it looks great. Keep in mind she took 3inches off after she died it so didn’t get the tips of my hair very well.
