I just got my hair murdered by them. I asked for a simple touchup to clean up my sides. Specifically asked not to touch the top. By the time I walked out I had an uneven unfinished military high and tight. I’m the best man in a wedding this weekend and now I look like a fool. They knew I was upset and this is not what I asked for, didn’t bother to try an fix the situation, paid in full, very upset.

Halfway through a buzz cut I realized that every single guard in her set was covered in hair, then I realized that there was hair (different colors and lengths) all over most of the instruments on her counter. When I walked in they were sitting in their own chair they had nothing to do, I honestly should have just left half way done when I saw it.

I’ve always gotten taken care of promptly, either when it’s a walk in or an appointment. Miranda is great at what she does. Even without a plastic surgeon on staff she is amazing at making me look as best as i possibly can. So she’s a miracle worker in a sense. Plus she’s great at holding conversation so it’s not awkward or quiet at all. I actually look forward to getting my haircut now. Great cost, convenient location and friendly service overall. Positive: PunctualityCarley was absolutely fantastic and did an amazing job. However zero stars for Shannon! One of the coworkers was having some personal issues and in front of everyone there went off on her for things she couldn’t control. Also setting off major triggers for others in that situation that she was publicly sharing. I had to walk out a couple times to not let her hear it from me. Very very unprofessional as well as very inappropriate all around. Had I been the boss I would have fired her on that spot for doing that to her coworkers. As well as the triggers it set off on others. A couple people walked out and were also disgusted with her doing that. The women was already upset and was and dealing with a lot 100% did not deserve that humiliation. Shame on you Shannon. I arrived at Supercuts the day before Easter and 10 minutes before closing. The OPEN sign was lit and I didn’t get two steps through the front door before a hairdresser yelled at me from halfway across the floor. “We are closed, come back Monday!” I understand they wanted to leave, but perhaps they could have said “Hi” first? Maybe they could have turned off the OPEN sign? Maybe they could have asked what type of haircut I wanted and squeezed me in? (5-minute military cut with clippers) But no, as a customer, all I was worthy of was a shout from across the floor.
