I went here on a suggestion from a long time patron and I’m definitely not sorry I did. I was hesitant to switch hair care providers, but Cassie took great care of me, listened to what I wanted, adjusted when I asked her to, and it’s one of the best cuts I’ve gotten. I believe I’ve found a new stylist! So glad I took the chance! Will add a picture when I take one!

Took my daughter in the day before they could not take her that is fine she was not happy but can’t do anything about it. So made an appointment with them today. The lady from yesterday was there and refused service and was snotty with me. I had to drive to Iowa location to get a quick cut. Will never go to that location again. Doesn’t even deserve a star rating.

I think it’s better to book an appointment via phone rather than online. I had to wait a bit, but it wasn’t the staff’s fault. I also didn’t mind, since I had nothing else going on. I had a lot of length taken off, and my stylist did a great job giving me what I asked for. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience with Casey! I had some issues with a cut I got elsewhere the day before and stopped in here to see about fixing it. Casey walked me through what she would do to fix it and managed to take off very little extra length in the process. I really appreciated her communication since it was already cut shorter than I wanted in the first place. I’m loving how my hair looks now! Plan on returning next time I need a cut!

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going here for years and I loved it, but in the 6 months every time I go in they have some reason not to serve me. I understand that there will be time that they can not take anymore clients for the day. 6 months ago I went in two days in a row and got turned away I even had an appointment for the second day. I went in 2 months ago and got turned away again. I went in today for the final time I will walk though there doors. The people are nice enough, I guess(for two stars)…but this was one of the worst haircuts I’ve had in quite a long time. I mean, it was obvious enough that my coworkers were teasing me about it. They charge $3 more than my usual place. Won’t be back. Gonna have to get it trimmed somewhere else. Posted a photo of the ‘layering’ in the photos section.

I had a 12 00 appointment for the first availabe person. I arrived before my scheduled time. I was told that there was one before me. The rep took that person finished with him and then told me that when the next person was through they would cut my hair. This first person stood at the counter and did nothing. Then a person just walked in and the person at the counter, not doing anything took the walk in back and cut their hair. This is very unprofessional. The person with an appointment should be given first consideration.
