Just called about 15 mins ago on my cell to ask if anyone was avail. to do wax & Aloe me eyebrows within 10-15 mins as I was neat their salon. They said “sure no problem, come in within that time frame & we’ll take u right in. 9-21-22 approx. 12:45 p.m. Drove up at approx. 12:54 p.m. & 3 workers were doing others hair & had 3 women waiting to be checked in not including me as I came in the door as that was announced they needed to check in. I let them know I had checked in via cell phone just about 15 mins. ago, was told I could walk in & be served quickly. After theses “new waiting customers” checked in” w/their orders, I was told there would be a wait & they couldn’t give me a time.

Josie was fabulous! I walked in and was able to go straight to a chair. Wonderful chatting during the haircut. Josie takes directions well and is very thurough. She was able to get the super choppy layers and shaping I’ve wanted from past several hair cuts nailed! Definitely coming back! Haircut

The lady cutting my son’s hair accidentally clipped his ear (it happens, he’s 14 and JUST FINE). They didn’t charge me (I would have paid, so that was appreciated) but the thing that I have the issue with is that a second lady came and got him at the end to “fix” his hair and ended up messing it up. The lady that initially did his cut did what he wanted. The “fixer” didn’t ask him anything. Don’t bring more than 1 kid at a time.
