My teenage daughter went there to get her hair cut before going back to school on Monday. This is absolutely the worst butcher job I have ever seen in a haircut. Her hair was cut a lot shorter than she wanted it to be. It was extremely uneven. When you are a teenage girl, and your hair doesn’t look right, it’s very upsetting. She went back to the salon to have them fix it. When she came home, she had the exact same nasty uneven haircut, only shorter. I have a very upset teenage girl. I do not recommend this place. For reference, she asked to have 2 to 3 inches trimmed from the back of her hair that was all the way down her back. Her hair now is barely over her shoulders. Absolutely no excuse for this.

Love them! I always get a great color and cut from Cassie N. Everyone there is friendly and courteous to all the customers, young and old alike. I have been going there for 5-6 years and they always take care of the customers. I have never had a bad experience at this Super Cuts. Their service and attitude is like no other, especially in this day and age, when people complain about everything and are so impatient. Keep up the good work ladies. See you soon!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I go here regularly. Penny always does my husbands hair perfectly. I’ve never had any problems with this salon. However, we went in on Friday and I guess we had a new stylist. When cutting my hair, she paid absolutely no attention to my part. When I said I wanted to trim up my curtain bangs, she must of had side bangs in mind. She had no idea what curtain bangs were. I have a middle part normally, and she saw that. But out of absolutely no where, she parted my hair all the way to the left, and just snipped diagonally down to the right. I couldn’t even get a word out to make her stop before she did it. So half of my hair in the front is about 6in long, the other half is around 3in, if not shorter. And there is absolutely NOTHING I can do to fix that.

When I went into this salon to get my hair done they cut off more than I wanted, I brushed it off thinking maybe there was a miscommunication somewhere and that I would live. When I got home and took a look at my hair the whole left side of my hair was 1 inch above the right side and was noticeably uneven. When I called them they told me to come in and they’d fix it. The manger was the one to work on me this time and again when I got back home it looked the exact same but shorter, now my hair is uneven and way shorter than I wanted it to be.

No problem at all. They did a great job. I think the other morons need to go spend $75 or $100 plus and give the hard working ladies a break, You come here because its cheep you got what you paid for. They can only do so much with a head a hair like that.

It was $25. I went in twice each on 2 separate days. Finally got an appointment the 4th time for cut and toner. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time for the girl to be ready. Then she refused to wash my hair because she didn’t have enough time. Then she quickly did my cut in thick sections. Said she didn’t have time to do my toner. Did zero style. Just rushed me out the door, but not before taking $25. Very disappointed.
