Bridget is literally a life saver! My family has been going to her for a while and Today was my first time going to her and she is the best cosmetologist here! She did a cut and dye for me and it turned out amazing! She gave me tips on caring for my hair in the future and cut off all of dried ends. I was so close to shaving all of my hair off but Bridget fixed up my hair and made it super manageable and cute! I would not recommend anyone but her. My family has tried others at Supercuts, and it has not turned out so well. When you call and make an appointment, ask for Bridget. Seriously, Bridget does better then the $220 dollar cuts/dyes I’ve gotten at other salons, and she does it for a very reasonable rate (Mine was $105 for a full color and cut). I’m so grateful, thank you Bridget!

I made an appointment with Supercuts yesterday for a wash, cut and style. I specifically requested a stylist who is experienced with long hair. I wanted long layers cut into my hair with blunt tapered ends and nothing taken from the length. I showed Kori a picture of what I had in mind, and she asked me questions to ensure her understanding and we got started. I have exceptionally long hair because I hadn’t been in for a haircut since the beginning of Covid, but she assured me she understood what I was looking for. Once we were finished, I was absolutely delighted. Not only were the results EXACTLY what I was looking for, but she made it look even better than the pictures of the models I’d showed her! My hair now has less weight and so much bounce and movement and body and I’m absolutely delighted with the results. I’m thrilled to have found Kori, and you have gained another loyal customer. Brigid was amazing!! I’m so indecisive but I knew I wanted a trim and side bangs. She took what I wanted and ran with it. Ana had great customer service! I received the Super Experience. When Ana was washing my hair I got the best head massage ever! She took her time. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!! They are rude and very disrespectful! The girl didn’t trim my hair right, messed up the touch up color, I had chemical burn and told her I was not happy with what she did. Her comment was “oh well, there’s nothing I can do about it “. This girl didn’t even try to correct anything. She didn’t ask the girl working nor did she reach out to a supervisor. This girl was Bridgit. The other girl was Bridget. It’s sad when they don’t care about what the customer wants. She was rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone going there. They obviously don’t care about the customer!

I gotta ‘guy’ already in the city who takes good care of the fur on top of my head but if and when I just need a quick side trim or neck cut I stop in this place for a quick and friendly cut. I’ve had nothing but friendly stylist who are always willing to do exactly what I want and nothing more. I don’t let them cut the top and they’ve never tried and I’ve never walked out of here with a bad experience. They have pretty cool new loyalty program as well so you can get a free cut after so many.
