lacking of professionalism from Sharel (surely she gave me fake name) i was late few minutes and she started showing attitude. There was a issue with the online booking tool. i explained and she has no answer for that. where she would refuse even say a word. of course i would not let her touch my hair and walked out. she had no courtesy or how to treat customers. she told me if she would cut my hair, it needs to be in 5 to 7 mins what ever i get!

This is a great place to get a haircut. The staff is always nice. You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to. They respect your privacy. Hours are convenient. There is a lot of parking available. I have no idea why people leave bad reviews. Prices are very competitive and they usually take you right away.

I will not give a single star but unfortunately I have to in order to put up my review but this salon does not deserve a single star. I went to this salon showed a picture of a hair cut I wanted to the guy that checked me in and asked many times are you sure you can do this and I asked because I have had bad experiences before and they said yes which was perfect.A young girl took me i showed her the picture she said she can do it .She kept cutting and at one point i was going to say something but hey what do I know they should know its their job.Once she was done she asked the guy that checked me in to check her work and he approved it.I also asked for a blow dry and style and I asked for a bob and I did not get it blow dry was super bad the back was not styled correctly i have so many layers on the sides that do not connect there are a bunch of short pieces the bob from the back was not connected to the front .I am super upset especially because I pay for the service and I asked multiple times if it can be done and she seemed confident not! I will not come here or any other super cuts and I will make sure to spread the word.SO bad I wish i seen the bad work they did before going home.So mad!

Everytime I come in on a weekday morning, the blonde woman tells me there’s two more people in front of me (4th time in a row) yet there’s no one on the place. Once, sure, I can believe it. Four times in a row, though? Someone is just lazy. The other ladies take me right away when I come in. Unfortunately, even when I have had my hair cut here, it lacks. They simply do not know how to cut men’s hair. Avoid at all costs, guys.

I had a 9am appointment on today (Sunday) that I scheduled with Kathleen last Tuesday, I walked in at 9am today and there was a lady in her chair and she was about to wet her hair but stopped when I walked in and she looked at me and I said I have a 9 o’clock with you and her eyes got big and walked toward the register and said Linda, yes, and she said okay give me a few minutes and went back and starting wetting the customers hair and cutting it, not sure why you take appointments, I was on time for the appointment and it’s rude and disrespectful of my time, so I left because she doesn’t deserve my money and I will not go back there.
