Critical: PunctualityApparently it is was waste of my time calling ahead to make an appointment/get put on the waiting list.I wanted to get my undercut trimmed on my lunch break, so I called ahead to make sure the timing would work out. I was advised it was currently a 30 minute wait. I asked if I could put put on the list (which they said yes) and gave them my name, perfect or so I thought.30 minutes later I arrive, advising I called ahead. They take my name again and I sit to wait until the next stylist is available, thinking I should be next as their screen did not show anyone else waiting, nor were other clients waiting when I walked in. During the over a half hour I sat there they took two other people (who came in after me, even when my name was at the top of list on the screen). I finally had to leave because my lunch break was almost over and I could tell it would easily have been another 20 minutes or more before they were able to do my simple undercut trim. That is closer to an hour and a half wait than the 30 minutes they advised.I get that appointments should come before the waiting list. Whomever was answering the phone obviously did not take any of their standing appointments into consideration when advising what the wait time was. I would have much rather they were honest and accurate about their schedule so I could have came another day. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been to many locations but really never found anyone I felt comfortable with enough to go backTill I came to your location and Jenny did my cut and actually suggested I might like a little extra color.She did such a marvelous job that I now won’t go to anyone else !!! I have even followed her to her new location on Harlem by the Home Depot !! Critical: ProfessionalismI had appointments for two girl haircuts arrived 5 to 7 mins prior to my appointment only for the girl to decide to take a late customer in. Late customer walked in late and informed them that he was late and he can wait for the customers there. But the girl decided to take him instead. That’s rude! I have an appointment for color next week and I’m debating on canceling for this horrible experience. I had appointments for two girl haircuts arrived 5 to 7 mins prior to my appointment only for the girl to decide to take a late customer in. Late customer walked in late and informed them that he was late and he can wait for the customers there. But the girl decided to take him instead. That’s rude!
