Went in to get a haircut. Showed the lady, dark haired with a Russian/ polish accent, a full video of what I wanted and explained. Felt like she did not listen at all cuz she kept cutting me off. I told her where I want my bangs and she just did them where she wanted. Entire hair cut botched. All the while she seemed frustrated and just wanted to get it done and over with. I have to go find another place who will fix the mess left behind by this stylist.

This place is a rip off, the “barbers” don’t even know how to do a basic men’s haircut, my hair was cut unevenly, but before I could tell her to fix it, she cuts me off and says it will look better after I shampoo, and on top of that they aggressively push you for tips, by turning the card machine towards themselves and asking how much tip you want them to enter. Completely unprofessional, avoid at all costs.

She was a nice lady, but the heavy set dark haired woman with a Russian accent does not have enough experience to cut hair. I only went in to get ONLY my sides cut while my barber was away, and somehow several mistakes were made. One ear area was cut uneven and she was supposed to blend the ‘parts’ but somehow it didn’t work for her so she just cut it the same length as the rest of the sides. Also her own cutting equipment was malfunctioning so that’s why it probably seemed that despite me telling her what number to use on the sides, it still seemed shorter than normal. Please someone properly train her, she’s a nice lady but cannot make such mistakes for such a simple haircut.

I’m not one to rate a place if I haven’t gotten the whole experience yet but I called for a simple question of if they take Google Pay.
