This is the first time this has happened. I made an appointment and as I went a few minutes early (so as not to be late) the place was pretty packed. I checked in and the chairs were full with the TWO stylists that were working there. She did explain that they were behind and I’d have to wait. I thought no problem. Right when I thought it was my turn, she said ok, she was ready for me. A woman seemed perturbed so then the stylist asked me if she could take that woman first (I don’t believe that customer had an appointment). Being in a position, I was kind and said ok. (I don’t think the stylist should have even put me in that position)

Was a walk in, very polite & nice! Yalonda was my stylist, Yolanda ask questions, answered best I could, we joked about if it was right, I said it’ll grow back . Yolanda went to work & one eternity later (my hair was very bushy, been like 2 months since a trim) well no words can explain how HAPPY I was!!! For 1st cut Yolanda, WELL again no words can describe how happy & impressed I am!!!

Yolanda was so nice and took me (I made an appointment) shortly after I came in. She took me ahead of a walk in that was waiting. Of course I had made an appointment. . We’ll Lynn( the other stylist on the floor ) decided to scold her in front of everyone that she shouldn’t leave that poor lady waiting she came In first.. she said it a few more times and Yolanda just kind of brushed her off and didn’t argue. Kudos to Yolanda. That was so unprofessional of Lynn and made everyone Involved very uncomfortable.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment at 1045am. I walked in both stylist were busy, no problem, I’ll wait , I’m the only one there waiting anyways. A lady came in 20mins after me. Finally the hair dresser is available and instead of calling me she calls the lady after me. I mention i had an appointment and at this point have waited 35mins. Hair dresser says the lady who came after me apperantly was there before me. How as a customer am i suppose to know there’s a line where there’s no queue or even mention of it. If I had walked in and she told me i have one ahead of you, I’d understand. Actually when I walked in no one even said hello despite seeing me. Another hairdresser tried to convince me to stay and wait another 30mins! I explained i had things to do and started leaving. As i left the other hairdresser said “Let her go”… If this is the type of customer service being provided then yes…let me go .
