Critical: Quality, ValueI have to say I sadly got one of the worst haircuts of my life. Never had an issue before and always go for just a trim. Also, my first time here since the place I usually go to is closed. Welp the lady doing my hair was SUPER nice and pleasant to be around. But sadly, the skills were not there. Very uneven, layers, not even the correct layers I asked for, pulled my hair across my eyeballs to cut. I will be having my sister in law(who is a dog groomer) fix her mistakes…. Welp the lady doing my hair was SUPER nice and pleasant to be around. But sadly, the skills were not there. They have lately been pricier with no proper information on offers(just telling everytime that I would get email on offer, but i don’t) and adding sanitization charge. First time here and I gotta say I’m bitter. My hair is chewed. I put my hand thru hair over sink and all there was, hair that should have been brushed away with proper tools like hair dryer and not her hand. Chunks of clippings fell out too. Sloppy job. Sickens me when people don’t take pride in their job. I even tipped. For what?? I’ll never go here again

I’m very happy with haircut which is why i’m not leaving 1 star but the girl that cut my hair charged me almost double. I got the super cut lll and she charged me for that and a haircut because she didn’t know that a haircut was included in my supercut…which I mean if you work there you should know that…i wasn’t happy with that.
