I got my haircut, highlights and bangs by Lisa which went fine. She specifically told me that if I wanted the bangs trimmed or thinned I could call back and they could do it easily. Great. Sat with the new hair for a few days, decided they were too long, thick and very uneven. So I called back and explained, they said Lisa wasn’t in but someone else could make them shorter and thinner no problem. I even double checked that this was actually possible and the lady on the phone assured me it was. When I got there, she trimmed my bangs but told that it would be impossible to make them thinner EVEN THOUGH I HAD SPOKEN TO THE STORE ON THE PHONE 3 TIMES IN THE LAST 2 DAYS to ensure this could be done. She even agreed with me that they were uneven but simply shrugged and said I’d have to wait for them to grow out. The lack of communication and consulting was insane. I spent $120 for me to hate my hair and I was even told that I shouldn’t bother going to another salon because they will tell me the same thing. I am never coming back here and I am so so so disappointed and angry.

Friendly and beautifully done haircut. I’m keeping my haircut simple one medium/short length right now, but that also means that though it’s a quick cut, it needs to be done well. Both times I’ve gone I’ve been very happy! Thank you!

Unfortunately the experience can be very hit-or-miss. I had previously good experience there but the last time I was there there was only one associate who was overwhelmed telling me she was closing early I had to go elsewhere for a haircut.

Absolutely terrible haircut. Stylist didn’t know how to buzz #3 on sides/back and blend the top. I was so disappointed that I stopped the haircut mid-way, which I have never done on even bad haircuts. Maybe better luck for a women’s haircut, but for men … Stay away! You will regret and be stuck with a bad haircut for weeks. Also this one charges more than other Supercuts in the neighborhood. I thought rate was the same no matter the location. Bad haircut, more experience, terrible service. I’m not coming back again ever! You’ve been warned.

Walk in & check to see what the wait time is & the electronic board has no names. Finally greeted by a stylist that is currently cutting someone’s hair & she says “we’ll be right with you”. Emphasis on the “we’ll” b/c she’s clearly working by herself. Oh but wait her mom is chitchat’in away with the employee. Well @ least she has family support while she’s working. Currently in the waiting area is a mom & daughter, who as far as I can tell were checked & waiting for a haircut. Hmmm wait a minute their are no names on the electronic waiting board. The stylist finally finishes the haircut she’s working on & checks the client out. She then proceeds to ignore me for check in & tell the mom & daughter to come on back & let’s get started. I walked out & needless to say will not be returning the this location. If I could give this place a negative I would. STAY AWAY….

I went for a cut and blow dry for a special o occasion. I got that but also unasked for advice in losing weight. Not only was the advice unasked for, it was crazy. Drink cold water and eat rice? When I called to complain, the manager Nancy was not contrite. She just said go to another stylist but that is the only stylist working at the time I have available. I don ‘t care how inexpensive the cut is, I will never go there again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
