Waited over 20 minutes for my appointment. Two workers neither talked or informed me when I would be worked in. Gentleman walked in and waited at the counter for 5 minutes before leaving. I get it if you’re being slammed with customers but there were only two other people getting their hair done. One was waiting on her color, throughout that time the stylist was in the back room. Won’t be going back.

She started cutting and ended up cutting it to just below my chin saying she was sorry she forgot to take into account that my hair was wavy but it couldn’t get out back on now that it was off. She started cutting and ended up cutting it to just below my chin saying she was sorry she forgot to take into account that my hair was wavy but it couldn’t get out back on now that it was off.
