After trying to call and make an appointment for about 3 weeks on various days and times and no one ever answering the phone I finally went in to make one. I got one with Olivia for 9:20am on Thursday. Got there a few minutes early. No one there, place was closed. Waited until 9:45 until a gal finally showed up and opened the salon. I explained that I had an appointment at 9:20 but Olivia never showed up. She checked the computer and I was down for an appointment. After she finished opening the store she cut my hair. I was told there were only 2 stylists and she was supposed to be part time but was working 50 hours a week and that day was her day off. She was very nice and I got a nice cut and she even gave it to me at half price because of my having to wait, but I don’t think I’ll be back if they are that short staffed and unorganized.

I’ve been here twice, each time it was only manned by only one person. Each time I received no response to leaving a 25% tip. The first time the stylist did a good job on my hair but ranted about how nobody wants to work anymore. The second time the stylist butchered my hair and gave me a billion layers when I asked her to EVEN out my hair. It’s also impossible to make appointments… I don’t recommend this salon.

Physically walked in on a Saturday and made an appointment for Tuesday after work. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time to find out that the woman working on Saturday did not book the appointment time for me. The only stylist there was booked solid for the rest of the day leaving me up a creek without a paddle. I will not be giving Supercuts my business if they are that unprofessional. Plenty of other places so save your money.

The stylist is always very friendly and listens to what I want done, and makes suggestions. I have always loved the way my color turns out. Even on busy days, the staff is efficient and gets the clients services, mostly haircuts, done quickly. I highly recommend.

Basic haircut was okay, but not great. $18 seems high, but pretty much going rate for simple cuts. I checked-in online using their app & even though many others waiting I was 3rd on long list & I was indeed in the chair after 2 left. Made some not very happy, but get with the new age people!

I understand they are short staffed, so making an appointment is highly recommended. I tried calling on a Friday to make an appointment for Saturday. They didn’t answer the phone. I called Saturday morning 10 minutes before open to check availability and they answered and set the phone down without talking, but I could hear them talking amongst themselves. I think they just didn’t want the phone to ring anymore. Ended up going elsewhere.

I needed a haircut. Before coming, I washed, deep conditioned & blew dry my hair. Instead I got an eye roll and to quote the first “stylist” after walking in to the shop; “I’m not busy, but maybe someone else can help you.” If I could give a minus one on this, I would. And buyer beware, had I known of their sales tactic (black sharpie to all prices on products) I would have found the $30 equivalent of moisturizer that I was soaked for on that day.
