I went in for a routine haircut & I didn’t feel welcomed during my visit. I was the only customer & there were 2 stylists working. Both on their phone when I got there. The lady that checked me in didn’t seem to want to be there, I don’t think she said hi or made eye contact with me while checking me in. The guy was the one that took me…again no hi how are you or anything. My whole time there was very awkward & kind of uncomfortable. The workers seemed to be sooooo inconvenienced with someone putting them to work. I will not be coming back. This was my second visit, & I don’t remember the first visit with a different stylist was much different. The work environment there doesn’t seem to be very pleasant. The workers are rude, no customer service skills, & seem inconvenienced when its time to work. I’ll go find an overpriced haircut somewhere else next time.

David was very nice sweet and funny HOWEVER, he charged me $140 for something i didn’t even get, my hair was very short, and he barely trimmed anything off. The cut itself was $20. I showed him a picture of what i wanted, I didn’t get what i wanted for such a large price.

NEVER EVER will i trust someone do touch my hair again!! I went in this business about a year ago and still have burns on my scalp from them not knowing what the hell they were doing! I went in wanting the top part of my hair bleached something i’ve been doing MYSELF for 10 years. The first lady didn’t know what the hell she was doing. She put foils in my hair and when i told her that’s not what i wanted she supposedly didn’t feel good and had to go sit down. I SAT THERE FOR 20 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE CAME TO FINISH. And when i told the next lady that I DIDN’T WANT FOILS SHE CONTINUED TO PUT MORE IN. THEN SAT ME UNDER THE DRYER!!! Not only did i walk away with damaged hair MY SCALP GOT BURNED!! 10 months later I STILL HAVE SCABES!! My hair is so flaky from the dead skin!!! My lawyer will be contacting you guys, as well as i wanted to let everyone know what a horrible, rushed, lazy place this is. Never in my years of bleaching my hair have a ever burned my scalp. AND THE MANAGER HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME OVER $100
