I will never go back. They take your number at a hour to 45 minutes wait so I go next door to get something to eat and wait for a text or call and never got one. I don’t know why they take your number if they are not going to text or call. When my husband went back in with my son because the haircut was for my son they said they are not taking anymore people. My husband told them that his wife put my son’s name in and they said they deleted him. My husband said ” I never got a call ” and the girl said we don’t do that here.

My stylist did amazing with my hair. This was my first time here and I was really impressed by the friendliness, cleanliness, professionalism and attention to detail. They made small talk and didn’t make things awkward. I was able to tell that they actually wanted to help me instead of being annoyed that I walked in. I didn’t have to wait at all and overall a good price as well. I think I’m going here from now on.

I had a bad experience. My hairstylist rushed my cut and it turned out bad. I asked her a couple times to take a closer look at an area and she’d spend two minutes on it and then hand me a mirror. After a couple times of doing that i just gave up and left. She mentioned at the begining of the cut that she was almost done for the day, so that should have been a red flag to me. Not happy.

Called to make an appointment to get my haircut I was told they’re not making appointments for haircut walk in only. Ok that’s fine but unfortunately that wasn’t the case at all I went after I got off work. Upon getting there no one was in the waiting area. So I should have been next. As I was waiting there 2 other people came in and were helped before myself and they were getting just haircuts. Now I’m confused bc at this point I’ve been waiting for 20mins already. so I ask the lady I thought that you didn’t need to make an appointment and that is walk ins only for haircuts? Yes that is correct but they are Reoccurring ones.I was here before the 2 people that just sat down. How much longer before I’m next? Well if the other 2 people dnt show for their cut you’ll be next. So what is it either need an appointment for a haircut or you don’t and I guess new customers money isn’t as valuable as current customers for their allowed to make appointments but if your new customer getting a haircut you have to sit there as a walk-in not a good way to do business new client is just as valuable as an old client. So I left to take my business elsewhere to someone that values my business no matter if I’m new or a reoccurring one.

I’ve had a couple issues with 2 different stylists. Called to talk about my problem and one stylist said I would get a refund. Manager said no to that and gave me credit. Worked out with a haircut credit and a color credit. Just waiting for the next color to see how it works out.
