Usually the manager S. does a good job. But I got a haircut from hell yesterday totally uneven I wasn’t shown the back of my hair before I left, now I know why !LESSON LEARNED!!. NEVER COMING BACK.!!! I feel like the appointments are rushed to get in as many ppl as possible as if it’s quantity versus quality. Very disappointed . Save your money and time ppl.

Whether I know exactly what I want done with my hair, or just tell her to keep the colors natural and the length lo bc we, it always comes out better than I could have imagined. She’s kind, patient, and creative! You can definitely tell that Nature has a passion and love for what she does.
