Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got my hair cut, colored & styled today for the first time ever and Emma was amazing! She spent a lot of time getting it perfect and the styling was the added touch! If I could post a pic I would! I absolutely loved the environment and atmosphere! It was a team effort as all the stylists were encouraging and so friendly!!! I got my hair cut, colored & styled today for the first time ever and Emma was amazing! She spent a lot of time getting it perfect and the styling was the added touch! If I could post a pic I would! I absolutely loved the environment and atmosphere! It was a team effort as all the stylists were encouraging and so friendly!!! It’s a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityLet other people squeeze in and make you wait (I see another Indian guys comment with the same experience, I hope it’s just a coincidence). I had a good experience the last few times, but it wasn’t good this time. The stylist let other people skip the line (I knew the guy next to me had a later appointment time than I did), the other stylist who was working ‘took a break’ right before I was on and asked a trainee (I learned she didn’t have her own station). Thankfully, the trainee didn’t do a bad job but left some portion of the sideburns uncut, but that is understandable because I was wearing a mask. Let other people squeeze in and make you wait (I see another Indian guys comment with the same experience, I hope it’s just a coincidence). I had a good experience the last few times, but it wasn’t good this time. My hair is curly and i had many bad haircuts so most of the times it was a big disappointment. This is my first experience in supercuts Ames. Ashley did an awesome job she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. She really knows about curly hair. I saw some pictures to her and she understood well what I really wanted for my haircut which most stylists couldn’t. I was really happy when I leave after long time!
