DO NOT GO HERE!!! They Ignored everything I requested and paid twenty dollars for what should have been a quick simple high fade and to have me beard faded in to it. Instead they chopped it all off and left long patches Al over. This place seems nice but the people obviously have NO IDEA what they are supposed to be doing here!!! Absolute worsted haircut I have ever had and I have low standards when it come to my haircut (being that it’s a super simple style). So if you have high standards or even want a decent haircut this place is NOT I repeat NOT for you!!!

Had to get my medium length hair trimmed and thought how hard could that be? Well, I was wrong as when I went home I found that I have many longer sections of hair. Paid for a wash and blow out but had to ask that she completely dry my hair. She did not style it at all. Customer service was sorely lacking. Not a good experience.

I highly recommended Sam and Nichole at Supercuts in Manistee, whenever I go in for a haircut they already know what I looking for. With Sam or Nichole I know when they are done with my haircut I will leave happy with the results. Both are talented stylist and provide excellent customer service.

Worst haircut of my life. Asked for a fade on sides…. turned out horrible, bald spots, choppy, etc. Girl with Blue Mohawk, talking to her friend while doing my hair, didn’t seem to care a lot about taking her time. Rushed haircut. Sloppy job. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT at SuperCuts in Manistee MI. Unless you want to look like a clown!

Worst haircut ever. Hair completely ruined. Super uneven staggered fade. A chunk cut out where it should not have been. Long hair takes time to grow and I’m very upset my hard work has been for naught. The woman even had the nerve to tell me she knew what she was doing.

Went in for haircut. I have gone for years, yesterday was the worse haircutIve ever had! She cut a big chunk out of the back. It too short to lay down. I have to go to Christmas party with this! I always tip too. I should have known she butchered me because she didn’t offer for me to see the back. I didn’t say anything else abuse I thought she was busy. I want my money back! Won’t go again,it’s a shame one can ruin it for all. You never see the same person there! ONE MORE THING! I wanted to look at hairstyle books, the manager took them out of salon!Why? Because people look up styles on their phones, I was told. Well not all people have phones!

Poor customer service and color was terrible. It’s supposed to save you money cominghere. The cost of a cut, color is the same and sometimes more than other hair salons. Go to a salon very experienced in color.
