I’ve gotten a haircut three times at this location, and each time I got amazing service and haircut/hair treatment! Had made an appointment for 12:30 PM on a Sunday and even though there were 2 other customers, I was made to wait for 20 minutes after which I just got up, asked them to cancel, and left. It’s ironic, considering they cancel appointments if the customer is 5 min late but have no problem keeping customers waiting for 20 min for a haircut that might take all of 10 min. I have used Supercuts before and had liked the service but I no longer recommend it. Just go here if you do not value your time because the employees here clearly don’t.

Walked in right when they opened on Sunday, I did not make an appointment.. stylus came out and told me that she had a color coming in, And that her earliest opening would be 4:30pm.. if there’s no way for you to fit in a 10 minute haircut in four hours.. then you should probably look at your staffing and overall Business performance.. I will never go back or recommend.. frustrated
