Hello! I came into the store the other day, the little girl with her mother, I have FND so I wasn’t quite there that day. I didn’t ask the woman’s name but now I’m upset I didn’t. The woman cut my hair way to short. I wanted something that like the in photo, but I just look horrible. The bangs I have ended way to short, she cut my hair really short as well. My mom always asks if I like it, and I didn’t want to be mean but it was horrible! I know she was doing her job but I just didn’t like it, I normally had the girl with the short blonde hair and it comes out how I want it and I really like her. But this time I had a girl with short dark hair, and I was nervous. And I was correct to be nervous. I’m really sad about my hair, I’m really happy I’m doing online because this is just embarrassing. I really am sorry, and now I feel bad but I just can’t. I’m waiting for it to grow out now.

I edited my score reducing it by one star after seeing another reviewer comment something that also happened to me on a separate occasion, I showed up for a walk in haircut an entire hour before closing time and there were zero customers inside the establishment and I asked if they had any openings and they said that they were done cutting hair for the day, it’s understandable they probably have to clean up and all of that before going home but if they aren’t going to cut any hair starting at 5:00 p.m. why post the closing time at 6:00? *Original review* I’ve probably gotten my haircut here about five times and it’s pretty hit or miss it really just depends who’s working I’m really bad at remembering my barber’s name so I usually ask for a card with their name on it if they cut my hair the way I like it that way I can keep getting it done by them but that’s probably the same for every establishment I’ve gotten a few good haircuts here and a few I didn’t care for as much not bad not great

Went in for double french braids. It cost $45 , she didn’t wash, condition, or even at least WET my hair for the braids, she left a bubble on the top right and she didn’t BOTHER to finish either braid, they began coming unbraided quickly, and she pushed all my dry short curly hairs up towards the braids on both sides and made everything look even Worse

Lesa Roberts is an amazing hair dresser! Most of the “very popular” shops have messed up my hair. After almost a year off from going into a salon, mostly from bad highlights or trim. Lesa Roberts cut my hair for me recently…a week later i went to a very “highend salon” for highlights.. i left there telling them i should have gone to Supercuts! My locks were green; filled with ash and very dark low lights when no one at Ulta offered or knew how to repair. I went to Lesa for consult. She did not want to put more bleach in my hair as other stylists had suggested. Lesa bathed my hair in a deep conditioning clarifying shampoo . Only then could one see my highlights which actually were chunky stripes on one side of the head and very little on the other….Lesa repaired my hair!! It looks beautiful!! I am 62, my locks are my youth. If you want your hair to look amazing, go to Supercuts and ask for Lesa Roberts. You will be happy!!!!

Walked in 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and the lady told me to have a seat and wait (i had no problem with that) but waited nearly 20 minutes because the ladies were basically just chatting in the back. finally once it’s my turn i show the lady the picture and she says “oh i can do that no problem.” and she did not do it right at all. she was in a rush to finish for whatever reason, she was very aggressive, she dropped the comb and the clip on the floor and used a razor that had someone else’s hair, she complained about people calling and asking what time they can get in. i asked for a taper fade and somehow walked out looking like i belong in grease. this is the last time i will be ever going here, this place is a scam. Please do your research before getting a haircut!! places such as this place you definitely should not go to!! save your time and your money and yourself from looking bad! 0/10.

Great experience “should” be expected with how expensive a simple 20 minute hair cut has got to be these days. Please tips appropriately like a waitress tips are the only payment other than hourly rates they receive.
