My boyfriend got his hair cut. He told the girl what he wanted which was sides shaved and leave the top and back long. She proceeded to shave the back and cut the top very short and did a horrible fade on 1 side while shaving the opposite side. Non of it was what he asked for. She didnt listen at all. We will NEVER be going back for service again.

Natalie has cut my hair for the last year doing a phenomenal job. My hair is super curly and most hair stylists always take off twice as much as they need to without thinking the curl will make it appear 1”-2” shorter than it is. I leave looking like a burr head and I’m stuck with it for three months. From the first time Natalie cut my hair it was obvious she knew exactly what she was doing. No problem with the cut. I know that your staff isn’t required to wear masks anymore but as close as you have to be to cut hair, I would feel safer. I am s senior citizen with health conditions and a compromised immune system. I had a mask on and asked the stylist if she had a mask. She curtly replied that she didn’t have to wear one since she wasn’t sick. Even though I’ve had all my shots, I have had covid twice from people who weren’t sick. I should have left but definitely won’t be back. In the future, I will call ahead and find someone who is more considerate of the customer and their health.

I read many reviews before going and everyone said go to Liz, well I went to Liz and she was very unfriendly. I normally don’t write reviews but I’m very upset. I asked for a shoulder length haircut with a few layers. half of my hair is layered and half of it isn’t! She wasn’t very talkative which i didn’t really mind but she was pulling my hair. The “layers” that I do have look like steps going up, they look horrible! It looks like she just freehand cut random pieces to make “layers”. My hair is botched and i’m very upset I was so excited to have short hair again and this just ruined it. Don’t go here.

I’ve never had a trendy color put in my hair. Its just now growing back and it’s white from chemo. I chose a light purple for highlights. It was bad enough finding out they were charging me $38 for 5 lousy highlights on inch and half hair. When it was done my hair didnt look any different at all. I told the colorist how disappointed I was and her response was, ( you picked the color I don’t know what you want me to do.) I told her I wasn’t paying for something I couldn’t even see. She ended up doing it again but had a not so good attitude. I apologized to her but was just glad to get out if there. I will not return nor will I give super cuts a good recommendation.
