Took my daughter to Super Cuts today to get her hair trimmed and died. I was able to get right in, which isn’t always the case so I got lucky on that one. This daughter is very shy and finds it hard to talk to people, but the stylist was able to make her comfortable and able to talk easily and come up with a style she liked to go with the color she wanted. Everything went super smoothly. My daughter got exactly the cut she wanted and the color came out amazing. She was just over the moon happy and still hasn’t stopped smiling. I’ve gone here on and off for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Everyone has always been very nice and exceptionally capable. We will definitely be going again!

This was my first time at this location and it was Sunday afternoon around 1:30 and was greeting with”did you have a appointment ” by a blonde women. She instantly made me feel like a bother to her and I was inconveniencing her day with a request for a hair cut. I went with my daughter and instantly wanted to leave or just let my daughter get her hair cut. I decided to just wait and give her the benefit of the doubt. She then takes her next cut and decides to bad mouth people who don’t make appointments in advance. I was happy that the other stylist was ready to cut my hair. Nune was the stylists name, she was very warm and inviting. She thanked us for waiting and even coming to their salon. Nune was engaging in conversation and very friendly. Customer service is huge for me, I was impressed with her wonderful customer service and professionalism. I will only let her cut my hair going further.

This is my second time going to this location, and each time Nune has demonstrated fantastic customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond. There was a blonde hair stylist in there who was extremely rude, snarky, and just overall very unprofessional. The blonde woman was yelling at customers on the phone, making comments to customers that people don’t “use their brains” because they did walkins versus not making an appointment, also stating that people who do that think that they are above everyone else which is a completely unfair statement. All while openly expressing this to and in front of multiple customers.
