Faith was amazing! My daughter found some scissors and gave herself a haircut, needless to say we had to get it fixed! I was distraught and afraid there was nothing to salvage, Faith was so sweet and fixed it!! She was so kind and patient with my daughter and walked her through the whole process. The professionalism and communication was not great. I walked in to get a hair cut one employee checked me in saying it would only be a few minutes. Another employee shortly after getting done with a customer saw we were put on the list and let us know it would be a while before we were helped. Then continued to talk about another customer whom called asked if they took walk ins. While the employee was complaining it made us feel as if we were or anyone who was a walk were just an annoyance. I would not recommend going here.

That was the worst haircut I have ever had. The girl said she had been doing for a year but I think she needs to go back to school. I will never go back there again. This place is pathetic. They advertise that they take walk ins but they don’t. We called minutes after they opened and they said they have no availability until 2 pm?!! They JUST opened??! Don’t advertise that you’re a walk in salon if you’re actually not!!! Terribly stuck up rude assistant manager who was from the Westnedge location was who I dealt with. I will never ever attempt to come to this place again. You’re super cute not some upscale salon lol

The only comfort I have is knowing my hair will grow back. I really don’t understand how a trim and face frame turned into this. It’s one of those moments you just lie, pay, and leave, so they get out of your hair ASAP, and you go cry in your car.
