Didn’t even manage to get a haircut. I sat in the nearly empty waiting area for 15 minutes before a stylist asked if I had checked-in or had an appointment. I said I had done neither…the website said it was a 5 minute wait and that “check-ins were unavailable at this time”. The first stylist then called another stylist from somewhere in the back who proceeded to tell me that it’s appointments only for the rest of the night and to make an appointment for tomorrow. I understand if they were busy/booked, but the way that was communicated to me was done so poorly and could have been conveyed when I first arrived.

I got i quickly, usually Cindy does my hair & I like her alot!! The people in the place were not nice to each other, the lady working o n my hair was very rude to the other hairdresser I felt very sorry for her. It was very uncomfortable for me & the other people who were in there too. I know it hurt the girl’s feelings and embarrassed her,it was embarrassing for me!!

Critical: ProfessionalismMade an at 9am and we got there at 9:03 and she told me that because we weren’t there right at 9 that she was going to take the couple (2 people) that got there at 9. I can’t believe that they don’t even give you a 5 minute window. So unprofessional. And then after I waited half an hour she told me that if I didn’t have cash I wouldn’t be able to get the hair cut. Pretty sure the “specialist’s” name was Maggie.
