I’ve been really depressed lately and I decided to get something done with my hair to feel better. I feel so ugly every single day, it took me everything to get out of my house. When I got there, they asked me how short I wanted my hair. I said let’s see as we go along, but apparently that roughly translated it into cutting my whole entire head of hair up to my ears/cheekbones. It looks absolutely horrible, but the cherry on top was when they showcased how terrible it looked after styling it. I guess I’ll be curling my hair everyday for the next year while this uneven mess grows out because that is literally the only way that it doesn’t look absolutely hideous (still doesn’t look good though). I’ve literally been crying in my bedroom for the last hour. Thank you for taking the last bit of confidence that I had, Super Cuts.

HIGHLY upset. I cried in my car after in the parking lot. The stylist who did my hair cut about 6-7 inches off, which is no big deal. I came in saying I wanted a haircut. I always thought they always did a shampoo and cut, especially when the clients hair is dirty. My hair was dirty and I was in desperate need of a wash (I’m a mother, I get caught up in day to day life sometimes).. watching the stylist do my hair, I knew she was being really sloppy. I watched her miss some parts, I could tell it was uneven. When I tried to say something she said “oh that’s just the way it looks” The stylist apparently did layers, cut 6-7inches off face framed and put some mousse in my dirty hair and sent me on my way. I walked in at 250 and was out crying in my car at what a bad job was done, at 3:00. It took her TEN MINUTES. She rushed through it and it was just horrible. I set up an appointment somewhere else to have it fixed. I’m so disappointed. Don’t go here. It’s not worth it. The manager didn’t even watch her wait on her client. And didn’t even question why she did it so fast. She just sat on her phone. Didn’t say one thing to me. Super bad experience.

Honestly I very rarely get my hair cut because of bad one’s when I was younger but when I do now I will forever go to Elizabeth she has been cutting my hair for years now and always knows how to make it look good even when I say I’m not sure just make it nice she hits it spot on. She is the only one to ever cut my kids hair (except once) she’s kind makes everyone feel comfortable and for my son who is now 4 is great because his dad took him to a different person and she nicked his ear so Liz had to gain his trust after that experience. But over all we adore her and she’s fantastic at what she does.
