She also gave me some great advice on styling my hair & even offered to walk down to Sally’s with me to help me pick out a new brush!! I called and was able to get in within 30 minutes! Some staff need to learn some manners as well as exceptional customer service. My fiance used their app to schedule an appointment last week for her and her 80 yr old mom and forgot to cancel due to her mom being very sick. So she rescheduled it via the app for Tuesday Oct 19th. Well this morning her mom received a call from stylists who proceeded out of the gate to yell at a 80 year old woman for making them stand around for an hour from their missed appointment that they were canceling their appointment for tomorrow. I don’t care WHO you are: that is poor customer service and where does an employee get off screaming at a customer over the phone for something that was forgot due to an illness? I worked retail for 25 years and in my early years if you lipped off to a customer the door was shown to you. As a manager I strive for customer service excellence. Sadly it sounds like this places manager or owner doesn’t really care.
