Went there yesterday to use my gift card. The products weren’t ringing up properly. The hair dresser asked for help from another worker. She was annoyed that she was asking for help and was taking her away from her phone. Her last remark to us was “really its only $1.00 diference.” We walked out and we won’t be back. She was extremely rude!! Great customer service.

Bad service .Got a haircut and hair was. The stylist Sabah was rushing the whole process . She didn’t use anything around my neck to keep the hair from falling in . She tried to make me leave with my hair dripping wet when it’s 20 degrees outside. After requesting her to dry my hair she then proceeded to burn my scalp w the blow dryer even after I cried out in pain and told her it burned .really bad service. My haircut was fine so nothings wrong with that.

Always a pleasant experience. Everyone is so friendly and interacts nicely with my young son. We especially love Rachel. She is knowledgeable, honest, efficient and professional.
