Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a customer here for quite some time now, and I really should have done a review long ago because they deserve it. I am always treated well as a loyal customer of Bianca’s, and I looked for a good hairstylist for a matter of years. I had many poor experiences before becoming a customer at Supercuts, and I hope Bianca will be there for many years to come (no idea what I would do without her, to be honest). She truly listens and wants the customer to be happy when they leave. You can tell it’s important to her that she does a good job. I have hair loss at times, so I don’t want too much hair cut so I can try to maintain volume. She understands this and amiably works with me to achieve the outcome I want. I have never waited very long at all. Additionally, my son refused to get his hair professionally cut after years of bad experiences, and wanted me to cut it. I was relieved when I was able to get him to see Bianca. He is a regular customer there now and has the best cut ever, for the first time in his life. I have been a customer here for quite some time now, and I really should have done a review long ago because they deserve it. I am always treated well as a loyal customer of Bianca’s, and I looked for a good hairstylist for a matter of years. I had many poor experiences before becoming a customer at Supercuts, and I hope Bianca will be there for many years to come (no idea what I would do without her, to be honest). I walked out with the exact haircut I showed her, and she told me I could come back if I changed my mind and wanted it shorter. Very friendly atmosphere, and a great price.
