This is definitely horrible experience here. Have a reservation at 11:00am. I’m the first one coming into the store and keep on waiting for nearly 1 hour. Many people with a later time reservation just come in and cut their hair first. No idea why this happens. In my reservation, I have the earliest reservation in the day and choose the next available stylist. Terrible and horrible!!! PS. There is also a time no customer except me and my friend are waiting in the store. At tis time staff just goes out to do shopping and let’s wait.
