My wife was not only disappointed with my daughter’s haircut, she also came back with head lice. My wife wanted her to get a pixie cut, and my daughter got a bowl cut instead. And did I mention head lice? She’s now missed school for more than a couple days trying to treat her hair, and the school informed us nothing has happened on their end. Your staff need to do better cleaning their tools, and I tipped too! Very poor service.

This is a newer store and I have never been to this location before. I walked in early in the day on a Tuesday and there was not a single customer was in sight. No one was waiting and no one was in any of the barber’s chairs. I was greeted by an employee and I stated that I was looking to get a haircut. She replied that they were booked through Thursday. At first I thought that she was joking because there wasn’t a single customer in the store and it was during their business hours. I laughingly replied that there was no one in there thinking that she was joking and again she reiterated that they were booked. What a waste of time. I’ve never had to schedule an appointment to get a simple haircut before. Ended up going to Saline where there was another barber shop that only accepts walk in haircuts and got my haircut there instead.

This was my first time here. Caitlin did a great job cutting my hair. She was also friendly and chatty, just like I want my stylist to be! I called Supercuts later on that day, and advised Manager Jill that Caitlin did a great job. I will return and request Caitlin for future haircuts. Yet another business I need right here in Milan!

I’ve gotten good haircuts at very good prices. I wish they could figure out their online scheduling system. I appreciated their accepting Google pay/Apple pay, although my stylist doesn’t know for sure if it would work.

I had Erin as my stylist the day before Thanksgiving and although I usually go anywhere and have anyone cut my hair, I felt compelled to write a review and say that I will be back to this salon to see Erin specifically. I made an online appointment for 345 but when I showed up at 343 no one was able to take me , which I am guessing was just an online booking problem, but Erin agreed to STAY LATE and take me even though she was suppose to be getting off work for a holiday! Not only did she stay late when I know no one wants to stay at their jobs any later than they have to, come on, but she took the longest out of anyone I’ve ever seen to cut my hair as perfectly as she could. She was wonderful. My hair is fabulous. Please give her the recognition she deserves.
