i’ve never had an issue coming here before but today was my last time coming here. i hate to leave bad reviews, but nobody should have this happen to them. natalie was super nice but my hair is super uneven… she did give me my money back but i’m super disappointed. i told her while still in the salon and she said she had fixed it and once i get home and take a closer look there’s clearly a length difference… never again unfortunately…
