My mom just had the worst experience ever at this location. She told me her head was literally yanked around as they washed it. Then no product was used in her hair and not a single brush was used while her hair was being blow dried. Her head was yanked on so bad it caused her to get a headache which can be debilitating for her. This hairstylist needs to be addressed and taught how to do hair properly. She only used this place because her regular hairdresser was booked and she had a wedding to go to today

My son was very comfortable there. I witnessed a walk in hair cut while I was there and they took him right away. The woman who cut my hair should retire her scissors and never, ever cut hair again. She left chunks of hair longer than the rest, chunks shorter than the rest and no where near the style I asked for. No product, no styling, no blow dry…so I couldn’t see how bad it was until I got home and got a good look at it in my own mirror. Seriously, if you don’t know what you’re doing, say so, so a client can go see someone who does. Never making the mistake of coming here again!
