I told the lady I want 0 inch on side and half inch on top. She kept asking me what number (for the trimmer guid) do I want. How am I suppose to know?????? Then, I asked her to trim down the hair that’s popping out (pointed by red arrow). She asked me which part is popping out. Are you blind or blind????? Then she just trimmed the area pointed by green arrow. Screw you supercuts. Hire someone with eyes.

I did not get the ladies name but I just came out with the worst experience a child can have in their first hair cut. The lady cutting was just so tough on my child 6 yr old. I explained it was his first haircut at a salor or barbershop and she just didn’t care to make the process easier on him, kept getting mad because he would put his head down. She even had the nerve to ask my child if he didn’t like her , why on earth would you ask a child if they dont like toi. I continued with the hair cut because the other lady was gone already. Wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone.

They cut one side of my hair two inches shorter than the other side!!! When I went back to have them fix it, they accepted that they had made a mistake but told me they were too busy to fix it that day! A girl named Anna was nice enough to fix it for me after I insisted that they fix it right away. However, they had to cut it shorter to fix it and now my hair is shorter than I wanted it to be. Ridiculous. The lesson I learned from this experience: don’t go to the salon closest to your home. Do some research before choosing a salon.

Their service is ok. I have shaved sides, and twice they’ve cut too far into my long hair, forcing me to shave even more to make it even. Also, their online check in never seems to work anymore. I’ve started going to great clips, at least I can tell if they’re busy, and check in from home. My cut doesn’t take much skill. I only use them to shave the sides. Probably won’t return here.

It doesn’t seem they have experience cutting curly hair and the service felt very rushed. The person cutting my hair didn’t even offer to wash it. She starting combing my dry, curly hair with a tiny comb. That is usually a nope for curly hair because it breaks it and it is a little painful too. I asked her to please wash my hair first and she did it very, very hard and fast. Afterwards, she barely cut some ends, didn’t even bothered to remove volume and 15 min later, I was “ready”. If they were too busy, I would have prefer to know that and schedule my appointment at a different day.
