Critical: Professionalism, QualityOn 8/13/21 @ approx 11:30 I visited a Super Cuts in Columbus Indiana. I was there trying to get my hair dyed Silver/ Grey and the lady doing my hair who is also the manager of that location was very confident in her ability to execute this color until my head was coated in bleach & she went into explaining this would be a “process” but kept reiterating that it would be grey/ silver when she got done just more faint than I was wanting again mentioning the process. As I sat in the chair the other stylist (aggressive blonde w/ mohawk) walked over to me and was discussing this process and how she tried to do it to an “Asian”who was very dis- satisfied with the results which angered & offended the stylist and she proceeded to loudly announce that “the client group she dislikes the most are the sand N×××ers” (not sure who this is referring to). Those were (her) EXACT words not filtered though. I gasped & let her know I was not going to be an ally in her HATE speech. And was horrified she would talk like that anywhere let alone a place of buisness. She continued to stand by her words although she said she shouldn’t have said it, it is how she feels. The manager immediately contacted her district manager who spoke to me on the phone & let me know it would be handled immediately in one of 2 ways, firing the stylist or offering her cultural sensitivity classes. On 8/13/21 @ approx 11:30 I visited a Super Cuts in Columbus Indiana.
