My son’s and my haircut were both done in 15 minutes. It seemed the stylist was in a hurry. Very little detailed work was done. Haircuts look alright from far away, but on closer inspection, they look uneven and a bit choppy.

We waited for 45 minutes in their hot lobby with our two toddlers. We had an appointment but no one ever spoke to us to give us an update on a wait time. Even when we said to forget it and went to leave they all just stared at us like we’re the crazy ones. Being told, “we’re running a little behind” after I’ve already waited 45 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. We will NEVER be going back there again. They’re so unprofessional and just lack common courtesy.
