I went in without an appointment just for a trim. Susie was very rude. I don’t appreciate attitude because I didn’t have an appointment. I work in retail I understand there’s always a wait. I mean it’s Supercuts not some super upscale salon. Koltyn did end up cutting my hair he was super nice and did a great job so I booked an appointment with him for a few days later to get highlights.

Never again!!!! I was overcharged for a hair cut $80.00 bucks. The stylist did a typo at the register she wasn’t able to give me a refund at that moment only manager can issue a refund. She said come back next week for your refund because only a manager can issue a refund.
