My teenage son needed a haircut for homecoming. Holly was able to squeeze him in. It was our first time at this location. All of the staff members were pleasant and friendly. My son said it was the best haircut he has ever had! We have since taken our teenage daughter to Holly for a haircut with another wonderful experience. We will be coming back whenever we need a cut!

Gary is literally the best! I was so scared to get my hair cut because of previous experiences, but Gary was so nice and understanding of how I only wanted my hair cut enough to be healthy and he did just that. He even went beyond just cutting my hair and showed me how to properly take care of my hair and how to even properly style my hair! He really is the best! Called to make an appointment for anyone but the guy who works there. They gave me Ruby. Who is amazing and has cut my hair many times in the past. I walk in for my appointment with her and who’s standing there to cut my hair instead? That guy. Every single time I have had him cut my hair or even wax my eyebrows he messes them up so bad that I dont wanna leave my house. This time was the last straw. Especially because i made an appointment with someone else just so i could avoid having him. Not to mention my birthday was a week away and then Christmas in a few days. I’m so upset about this place. I will not be back.
