Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI took my children in to have cuts done and Jan Robinson was the only there. My sons both had notes and one of them also had a picture that we showed to Jan Robinson exactly how it was supposed to be cut which is also in his notes that she did not read at all. He’s had the same style done there by other stylists no problems. She looked at the picture not only proceeded to argue with my mom who has experience cutting hair but she ended up shaving my sons ENTIRE HEAD!!!! That is NOT how it is in the picture she was shown not in his notes!!! She still charged me for the cut that she completely ruined and messed up and on top of it all charged me for a regular cut on my daughter and had only trimmed her hair!! She did not line my other sons hair properly either. She either needs to retire or move to a location or go back and train more!!! To top it all off, she was cutting my toddlers hair who always sits still when getting her hair done cause she loves and she ended up cutting her finger with her own scissors and WAS BLEEDING and still continued to cut her hair until my mother and I told her to go put a bandaid on!!!! I want my money back and I want my child’s hair fixed!!!! When I told her that she did not do according to the picture that she was shown, she wanted to argue with me until I put her in place! I took my children in to have cuts done and Jan Robinson was the only there. My sons both had notes and one of them also had a picture that we showed to Jan Robinson exactly how it was supposed to be cut which is also in his notes that she did not read at all. I didn’t know what I wanted when I went in but you blew my expectations out of the water! I feel so beautiful and my hair looks so good!
